Founded in 2003, we are an 11 lawyer firm, comprised entirely of experienced attorneys trained at national law firms and who attended top-tier law schools.

How We Differ From Our Competitors
Few law firms are similar to us and none out-perform us. We deliver world class legal services (in other words, the same quality as any large law firm), but with sharper focus on the client's needs and goals that comes from staffing throughout an engagement only with the necessary number of experienced, highly accomplished attorneys. This business model inspires more direct, clear communication with our clients and significantly reduces the cost and improves the efficiency of high caliber legal services, yet covers the three practice areas - business litigation, employment and corporate/transactional - that meet clients' major, recurring legal needs.

Our Lawyers
In our three practice areas, we have six partners, ranging in experience from at least a decade to nearly 30 years, and we have one of counsel and four associates, with anywhere from four to 12 years experience. All of our attorneys were trained at these major US law firms: Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP; O'Melveny & Myers LLP; Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP; or Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP. And they attended these law schools: Boalt Hall; Harvard; Loyola Law School (2); Notre Dame; UC Hastings; UCLA; University of Florida; and USC (2).
